Listwyn, operated by LALIN LLC (“we”, “us”), is a listing-management and SEO tool that helps individual Etsy sellers create, optimize, and manage the listings in their own Etsy shop. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights.

What we access

When you connect your shop, you authorize us through Etsy’s official OAuth 2.0 flow. We never see or store your Etsy password. Using the Etsy Open API v3, we access only the data needed to provide the service: your own listings (title, description, tags, materials, price, images, inventory, state) and your own shop information (name, sections, policies, listing counts). We do not request buyer personal data, payment, messages, or billing data.

How we use it, and our commitments

We act as a service provider to you and process your data only to provide the features you use. We never sell, lease, transfer, or otherwise share Etsy API data or Etsy member data with any third party, and we do not aggregate or resell Etsy data. We do not use the Etsy API to collect or scan Etsy content for analytics, machine learning, or training AI models. Any AI-assisted drafting works on your own product information to help you write your own listings.

Write actions (creating, updating, or publishing a listing) happen only against your own shop and only after you explicitly choose to apply a change. We never write to your shop automatically or in the background.

Storage, security, and freshness

Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted only over HTTPS/TLS. Your data is logically isolated to your account. We honor Etsy’s data-freshness requirements: we do not display listing content more than six (6) hours older than Etsy, or other Etsy content more than twenty-four (24) hours older, and we do not cache Etsy content longer than reasonably necessary.

Your rights & deletion

You can disconnect your Etsy shop at any time, from within the app or from your Etsy account settings (etsy.com/your/apps). When you disconnect, we stop accessing your data and delete the associated data we hold. You may also request deletion by contacting us.

Data incidents

In the event of a data breach affecting Etsy member data, we will notify Etsy and the affected seller within 24 hours of discovery, consistent with Etsy’s API Terms.
