Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Listwyn (the “Service”), operated by LALIN LLC (“we”, “us”), a tool that helps individual Etsy sellers create, optimize, and manage the listings in their own Etsy shop. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

The Service helps you draft and improve titles, tags, and descriptions, organize your listings, review your shop’s health, and — only when you explicitly choose to — publish or update those improvements to your own Etsy shop through Etsy’s official API. You connect your shop via Etsy OAuth; you may disconnect at any time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish to Etsy and for complying with Etsy’s policies, including Etsy’s Creativity Standards, Intellectual Property Policy, and disclosure requirements (for example, declaring production partners where applicable). You agree to use the Service only for shops you own or are authorized to manage.

Etsy API compliance

The Service uses the official Etsy Open API v3 and does not scrape Etsy. We do not sell or transfer Etsy data to third parties. All write actions occur only on your own shop and only on your explicit action.

No warranty

THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY LISTWYN. ETSY, INC. IS NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER AND MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE APPLICATION. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including increased Etsy ranking, visibility, sales, or income.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listwyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Etsy shop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms or Etsy’s API Terms are violated.
